Payment Methods
On Checkout, you’ll be presented with the Payment Options:
- Direct bank transfer,
- Payment Gateways: PayFast or PayPal. (For Credit Card Transactions)
Stock
We try to keep stock of all climbing hold sizes and colours, but for custom colours, large orders or during peak season, we may need a few days to manufacture your order.
Camping and Rock Climbing Gear is ordered from our suppliers on receipt of payment.
Delivery
Within South Africa we use the South African Post Office. Upon checkout you will be given the following options:
- Speed Services. 72 hours
- Surface Mail. 7 - 10 days
- Customer Collection (grips & hardware only)
Delivery prices are calculated based on approximate volumetric weight, of the products in your cart.
You will be emailed the collection address in Benoni, Gauteng on order if you choose that option.
International Orders
Please contact us with your address details, and list of desired products for a quote on delivery. Some countries have import duties and taxes which are not covered by our freighting service. You will need to enquire about these in your country.
Shipping and Billing addresses
Our shopping cart has options for you to set up different addresses, such as a billing address and a shipping address. It's important to note that we send all documentation with the parcel. We do this so that the parcel has a smooth journey through the freighting processes. It isn't possible to send products without these documents, sorry.
